Have you been considering fostering a dog for Best Friends, but weren’t quite sure you wanted to take the leap? Join us for PJs and Paws, a three-night sleepover event in September especially designed to encourage new fosters!

We invite potential fosters to meet dogs in need of foster homes at the Best Friends Pet Resource Center on either Wednesday, Sept. 10, or Thursday, Sept. 11, between 4 and 7 pm. If you choose to sign up as a foster, you will take one of the dogs home for a three-night stay-over.

Fosters will then return their dogs to the center on Saturday, Sept. 13, or Sunday, Sept.14, so they can meet potential adopters. After the weekend, you will have the option to continue to foster your dog (if he or she has not been adopted) if you wish.

Best Friends provides everything you need to care for your foster dog, including food, blankets, a crate, toys, leash, etc. You just provide the home and some love.
