What To Do If You Find a Kitten Workshop

What To Do If You Find a Kitten Workshop In-Person

Did you know that "kitten season" is right around the corner? Kitten season is a very challenging time of year for shelters and rescues. The season runs from around April through September or even October, when cats everywhere begin having litters of kittens; often multiple litters. During this time period, animal shelters everywhere see a dramatic spike in "found" kittens being brought to their facilities by well-meaning members of the public.

But taking kittens to your local shelter may not be the best solution for them. In this special workshop, Best Friends and Community Cat Support Network will teach you what to do should you find a kitten, or a litter of kittens.

You will learn how to assess a kitten’s situation, provide care if needed, and connect them with the right resources. This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to help kittens in their community!
