Sunday 70 at 7: Third Space Group Run or Walk In-Person
Did you know that 70 minutes of movement once a week is a vital part of longevity and aerobic training? Join us for 70 minutes of running or walking at 7 am starting and ending from Third Space Coffe's at Best Friends Pet Resource Center.

Everyone is welcome to run or walk with us! Bring a friend or meet a new one!
Pacing Groups:
8:30 min pace
10 min pace
16 min walking pace
Route:
Our route will start from Third Space Coffee's patio, to Applegate Trail, through Coler, down Third Street, and back to Third Space. The route is sidewalk and dedicated trail protected.
Option to make it an out and back run/walk: Applegate Trail to Coler to Peach Orchard parking lot, then turn around and back to Third.
Free, no pre-registration required. Every 1st and 3rd Sunday of the month.
